Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide suspender los términos en el expediente RDL 012, correspondiente al control automático de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 700 de 2017.
Se dispone que dicha suspensión se mantiene hasta tanto la Corte decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (Expediente RPZ-001) y del Decreto Ley 277 de 2017 (RDL-006) y decrete la reanudación del proceso de la referencia.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RDL-012, correspondientes al control automático de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 700 de 2017.
- SEGUNDO. Esta suspensión se mantendrá hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003), de la Ley 1820 de 2016 (expediente RPZ-001) y del Decreto Ley 277 de 2017 (RDL-006) y decrete la reanudación del proceso RDL 012.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en los expedientes mencionados.
